This full-time and casual position focuses on retail security operations, access control, patrols, and incident response. The successful candidate remains calm under pressure, communicates effectively, and maintains accurate records. Weekday and weekend availability is needed for the 1200h to 2200h shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee retail security operations through CCTV and alarms
• Control access and conduct property patrols
• Escalate critical incidents using site procedures
• Respond to emergencies and security breaches appropriately
• Deliver professional customer service in a safe environment

Requirements:

• Two years of security experience, preferably retail or control room
• Required previous CCTV monitoring experience
• Valid British Columbia Security Worker Licence
• Excellent observation, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
• Ability to make sound decisions under pressure
