Support Conexus members in Lloydminster through phone-based financial service, online banking troubleshooting, and personalized conversations that uncover their needs.

As a temporary Member Contact Centre Representative 1 through August 2027, you will serve as a first point of contact. The role involves handling financial inquiries, supporting everyday account activities, and providing advice about relevant products and services. You will also build knowledge, manage member conversations, and contribute to personalized experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls and build trusted member relationships
• Provide online banking support and troubleshoot technologies
• Assist with everyday account activities and financial solutions
• Explain relevant products, services, and financial information
• Reach out proactively through outbound member calling

Requirements:

• Two years of fast-paced customer service experience
• Strong technical aptitude and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Financial industry experience considered an asset
• Call centre experience considered an asset
