Retirement Living General Manager

Lead Aspira Astoria Retirement Living in Port Coquitlam with operational leadership and relationship-building skills. Work permanently full-time, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends.

As General Manager, you will serve as the most senior leader at this Sienna Senior Living community. The position requires leadership across retirement living operations, team management, resident relationships, and community partnerships. You will balance operational effectiveness with compassionate service for seniors, families, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build a high-performing management team
• Lead managers, sales consultants, and frontline employees
• Plan and monitor overall residence operations
• Support occupancy, Net Operating Income, and Operating Margin targets
• Ensure compliance with applicable provincial regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, hotel management, or related field
• Three to five years’ progressive leadership experience in retirement living or hospitality
• Proven team management, budget management, and operational excellence
• Sales and marketing experience supporting occupancy and community engagement
• Eligibility to work in Canada and successful required checks
