Having consultative conversations with warm, pre-qualified clients about their life insurance needs ● Building genuine, lasting client relationships that go well beyond the first policy placement. ● Continuously developing your skills through coaching, training, and team collaboration LLQP & AMF licensed with valid provincial licensing in good standing - Quebec License is a Requirement ● Bilingual - Comfortable selling in English and French ●2+ years of life insurance sales experience preferred ● Self-motivated and comfortable owning your performance in a remote environment ● Genuinely passionate about helping clients - not just closing deals ● This is a remote, primarily sedentary position. Ability to remain seated and work at a computer for extended periods. ● Ability to use a computer, keyboard, mouse, headset, and other standard office equipment throughout entire 8-hour shift. ● Ability to communicate verbally by phone and/or video conferencing for extended periods. ● Ability to read and review information displayed on a computer screen for extended periods. ● Ability to perform repetitive hand and wrist movements associated with typing and computer use. ● Ability to maintain a suitable home work environment that supports safe and effective remote work.
