Inventory Control Specialist Oracle

Maintain inventory accuracy with Oracle and cycle counting at Interpro Pipe & Steel in Edmonton, Alberta. Support reliable materials control across warehouse locations.

As an Inventory and Materials Specialist, you will report to the Senior Procurement Manager. The hands-on work covers receiving, issuing, shipping, records, bin locations, and inventory governance. You will investigate variances, monitor stock, and support material availability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain inventory accuracy across main and satellite warehouse locations
• Perform cycle counts and reconcile inventory variances
• Process and validate inventory transactions in Oracle
• Issue materials against work orders and monitor critical spare parts
• Prepare inventory reports with findings and recommendations

Requirements:

• Three to five years in inventory or materials functions
• Post-secondary supply chain, logistics, business, or related credential
• Experience maintaining accuracy, counts, and inventory governance
• Oracle and Excel proficiency with ERP systems experience
• Analytical, detail-focused, and effective across multiple priorities
