Alpine Mountain Custodian

Maintain clean, welcoming mountain spaces while delivering helpful guest service across alpine locations and changing weather conditions. Physical work includes lifting and carrying.

Custodians clean washrooms, offices, public spaces, floors, and high-traffic areas. You will assist guests with mountain information, support supply inventory, and report maintenance needs. The work takes place at multiple locations under Supervisor direction, with teamwork and adaptability required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain washrooms, offices, public spaces, floors, and high-traffic areas
• Deliver approachable, friendly, and helpful guest service
• Collect and dispose of garbage and recycling efficiently
• Provide accurate information about mountain operations
• Report maintenance needs and organize cleaning supply inventory

Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Commitment to excellent guest service
• Ability to adapt across changing priorities and alpine weather
• Ability to stand, squat, bend, and lift for extended periods
• Comfort working independently in a remote alpine environment
