Information Control Centre Data Specialist

Administer accurate passenger and flight data as an Information Control Centre Specialist, supporting airline operations through detailed system updates and communication.

Reporting to operational management, this specialist coordinates customer data across Air vision and gategroup’s ERP system. The work connects customer communication, forecasting, documentation, billing support, and operational compliance. Strong accuracy, information analysis, and Microsoft Office knowledge support daily execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Input passenger and flight data into customer and ERP systems
• Communicate with local customers and internal unit contacts
• Monitor aircraft changes and communicate updates before departure
• Validate documentation and transfer billing information for processing
• Maintain airline service-level agreements and compliance requirements

Requirements:

• High-school or A-Level education preferred
• Experience extracting and consolidating information from data
• Computer literacy, including preferable Microsoft Office knowledge
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in previous work
• Numeracy and literacy in the local language
