Retail New Truck Sales Manager

Drive retail new truck sales from Altruck International Truck Centres in Hamilton, using prospecting and customer relationship skills across the territory.

This Account Manager sells new trucks throughout Hamilton and surrounding areas. The work combines business development, customer needs assessment, proposals, negotiations, and pipeline management. Success requires truck sales experience, product knowledge, and disciplined territory management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect through cold calling, networking, referrals, and targeted initiatives
• Assess business needs and recommend truck models and configurations
• Present quotations, financing options, warranties, and proposals
• Manage the Hamilton territory, visits, travel, and market opportunities
• Maintain CRM records, forecasts, follow-ups, and sales reports

Requirements:

• Five-plus years of sales experience, preferably truck or equipment sales
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Disciplined, self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
• Valid G-class licence required; OMVIC and DZ licences are assets
