Concrete Placing Foreman Construction Management

Lead concrete placement operations in person using construction management software, crew supervision, and strong safety coordination skills. This full-time permanent position pays from CA$45.00 per hour.

The Concrete Placing Foreman oversees concrete work on construction sites and coordinates crews, subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders. You will manage pouring, finishing, curing, schedules, materials, equipment, and site logistics. The work requires construction management experience, blueprint interpretation, quality control, and OSHA safety knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise concrete placement crews and enforce project specifications
• Coordinate pouring, finishing, and curing activities daily
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans accurately
• Monitor progress, pre-pour meetings, and stakeholder communication
• Inspect concrete work for quality and client requirements

Requirements:

• Construction management experience focused on concrete placement
• Large-scale construction site supervisory experience required
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols
• Ability to operate and maintain placing equipment
• Five years supervisory experience preferred; OSHA certification preferred
