Store Leader Trainee Creston

Lead customer service and store operations as a Store Leader Trainee at 7-Eleven in Creston, British Columbia. Full-time work develops supervisory capability.

You will support the store leadership team while learning 7-Eleven’s business. The position focuses on merchandising, marketing, profitability, employee development, customer care, and daily store standards. Previous supervisory experience is welcomed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee customer service leadership, training, and coaching
• Implement merchandising and marketing programs
• Use P&L and store reports to affect change
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and rewards promotion
• Maintain clean, safe, presentable, in-stock store conditions

Requirements:

• Previous supervisory experience is welcomed
• Ability to develop leaders and encourage employee productivity
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient computer knowledge, preferably Microsoft Word and Excel
• Valid driver’s license and automotive liability insurance
