Job description
Support ticketing and customer service at FirstOntario Performing Arts Centre in downtown St. Catharines. This full-time position works on site with rental clients and audiences.
The Audience Engagement & Client Services Coordinator supports box office administration, ticketing, customer service, rental client communications, promotional materials, and audience data reporting. The position reports to the Ticketing Services Manager and contributes to client-facing services at the FirstOntario Performing Arts Centre. The employer is hiring for a full-time, on-site position in St. Catharines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support box office and ticketing administration
- Provide customer service to audiences
- Communicate with rental clients
- Prepare rental client promotional materials
- Maintain audience data and reporting
