New Home Sales Associate GTA

Build new home sales experience with Mattamy Homes Canada across GTA North and East, using customer service and communication skills. This full-time role follows a four-day weekly schedule, including weekends.

As a Sales Associate, you will support multiple communities while developing foundational sales skills. You will learn Mattamy products, processes, construction basics, site plans, and floor plans. The rotational assignment offers hands-on exposure to different products and markets while supporting the full homebuying journey and future development toward Sales Consultant work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Rotate across communities according to coverage and traffic needs
• Support prospective purchasers across sales offices and communities
• Explain home features, pricing, options, and purchase procedures
• Assist with show home tours and homeowner appointments
• Maintain purchaser files, records, and corporate database information

Requirements:

• Two or more years of sales experience
• Strong customer service, communication, and presentation skills
• Flexibility to travel across multiple communities
• Ability to understand construction, site, and floor plans
• Proficiency with MS Office and new systems
