Retail Loss Prevention Operations Manager

Lead retail operations through loss prevention, inventory control, and key management as an Operations Manager with JYSK Canada.

As Operations Manager, you will protect JYSK assets and minimize store losses through effective policy execution. You will support store management by reinforcing company values and customer promises. The work includes inventory counts, ordering, opening, closing, and security procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow loss prevention and key control policies
• Perform weekly inventory cycle counts
• Complete periodic full store inventory counts
• Order weekly to maintain sufficient inventory
• Conduct alarm checks and security walks

Requirements:

• Two years of retail management and customer service experience
• Strong leadership skills and positive personality
• Ability to work independently or within a team
• Flexibility for evenings and weekends when required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
