About the Role: Are you a builder who knows how to turn incoming legal inquiries into high-converting client relationships?

We are looking for an experienced Legal Intake Manager / Call Center Setup Lead to build, scale, and optimize a high-performing remote contact center for a fast-growing US-based law firm. If you thrive at the intersection of empathetic client screening, high-velocity sales conversion, and operational setup, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build from Scratch: Architect, launch, and streamline intake workflows, call routing, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Drive Conversion: Train and coach a dedicated intake team to maximize speed-to-lead, consultation bookings, and retainer execution.
• Lead Legal Screening: Implement rigorous intake matrices across Immigration, Family, and Criminal Law—ensuring high empathy, data accuracy, and strict ethical compliance (UPL boundaries).
• Optimize Tech & KPIs: Oversee legal CRMs, telephony dialers, and real-time conversion metrics to keep operations running at peak performance.
  

Qualifications:

• 5+ Years of Experience in legal intake management, contact center leadership, or legal sales operations.
• Proven Track Record of setting up, scaling, or managing inbound/outbound legal call centers.
• Hands-on Knowledge of Immigration, Family, or Criminal Law case qualification.
• Experience collaborating seamlessly with US-based clients and law firms in a 100% remote setting.
• Fluency with legal CRMs and cloud telephony systems - such as Lawmatics, Clio, DialPad, Zapier.
• Candidates with 5+ years building intake departments from scratch, integrating complex CRMs (Lawmatics/Clio) with dialers (Dialpad/RingCentral), and implementing multi-practice qualification matrices.
