Assistant Front Store Manager

Lead front-store operations at Shoppers Drug Mart by strengthening product flow, staffing, and customer-focused store standards. Support a locally owned community pharmacy environment.

As Assistant Front Store Manager, you assist the Front Store Manager with human, physical, and financial resources. You help achieve store objectives through labour scheduling, Work Force Management, inventory preparation, hiring support, and staff development. Previous retail management experience is required.
