As a Customer Experience Associate, you will serve TD Canada Trust customers through Personal and Commercial Banking. You will process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments while understanding needs, recommending banking solutions, and handling confidential matters. The role also includes resolving concerns, promoting products, and completing processes accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• High School diploma and/or one year relevant experience
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset

• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Office and internet
• Accurate, detail-oriented communication across changing priorities
