Senior Accountant - Implementation Project - REMOTE

A growing financial services firm is seeking a Senior Accountant to support core accounting functions, financial reporting, and system enhancements. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with internal teams and external partners while contributing to process improvements and financial accuracy.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and record accounting transactions and produce financial reportsPost trial balances and maintain the general ledger in accordance with GAAPAssist with the conversion and implementation of Sage/ImpactPerform cash flow forecasting and ongoing monitoringManage intercompany billing and reconciliationsServe as a liaison with banking partners and external accounting firmsRequirements~ Bachelor's degree in Accounting~3-5 years of accounting experience~ Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)~ Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with QuickBooks and Sage/Impact strongly preferred~ Strong communication and interpersonal skills~ Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow
