Salesforce Data Entry Specialist

Support Merchant Growth’s Sales team with Salesforce data entry, CRM accuracy, and deal processing in a full-time temporary role. Work from a hybrid workplace with an office in Gastown.

As a Data Entry Specialist, you will maintain clean, current CRM records supporting Sales pipeline management. The two-month contract may be extended. Success requires computer literacy, careful verification, strong organization, and effective prioritization while processing incoming requests and correspondence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and save client and deal information in Salesforce
• Review submissions and flag opportunities requiring follow-up
• Prioritize requests and correspondence using predetermined criteria
• Verify customer details and maintain accurate records
• Complete deal lifecycle data entry and due diligence tasks

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum typing speed of 50 WPM
• Data entry, administrative, or sales support experience preferred
• High computer literacy and strong accuracy
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
