As a Service Writer, you assist the Service Manager with timely reports and operational records. You will handle service inquiries, open and track work orders, maintain customer profiles, and support warranty claims. The position also involves service library, filing, accessories, and supply responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Field internal and external customer inquiries for Service Department
• Open work orders as directed by management
• Maintain work order control through closure and invoicing
• Update customer profiles from work order information
• Maintain Service Department files, records, and library

Requirements:

• Full-time availability for the Service Writer position
• Ability to maintain accurate Service Department records
• Ability to organize current service information
• Ability to support reports and warranty claims
• Interest in machinery manufacturing industry operations
