Salary: $21.00/hr About the Opportunity Our client is a well-established financial services organization supporting automotive dealerships and customers across Canada. They are seeking a Contract Administrator to join their team and support the accurate and timely processing of financial contracts. Reporting to a team supervisor, this position is responsible for reviewing submitted contracts, validating documentation, ensuring transaction accuracy and resolving issues with dealership partners. Key Responsibilities

• Review and match contracts against internal systems to confirm approved terms and conditions.
• Review credit applications and supporting documentation for completeness, accuracy, required signatures and dates.
• Verify contract rates and applicable programs are accurately reflected.
• Enter and update contract information accurately within internal systems.
• Investigate and resolve contract or funding discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Build and maintain professional working relationships with dealership contacts.
• Ensure all documentation meets established internal requirements and procedures.
• Complete additional administrative and operational responsibilities as required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in financial services, banking, automotive, legal administration or a related environment.
• High school diploma required; post-secondary education is an asset.
• Strong computer skills with excellent attention to detail and data-entry accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, transaction-focused environment.
• Availability to work within an 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. operating window.
• Flexibility to work overtime when required.
