Construction Labourer Civil Infrastructure

Apply construction skills with IDL Projects Inc. as a Labourer supporting civil and infrastructure work across project sites. Follow directions and maintain safe workplaces.

This Labourer supports construction teams completing projects under approved plans, specifications, and applicable codes. The work includes material handling, concrete forms, underground utilities, earthworks, and equipment assistance. You will help maintain quality and safety throughout construction activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load, unload, and move construction materials
• Erect and dismantle forms, scaffolding, ramps, and barricades
• Assist tradespersons, construction teams, and equipment operators
• Support underground utility alignment, excavation, and backfill
• Remove debris and maintain clean, safe work areas

Requirements:

• Two or more years in construction or similar work
• Familiarity with construction terms and practices
• Effective verbal and listening communication skills
• Ability to execute verbal and written directions
• Valid driver’s license and safety reporting compliance
