Field Operations Inventory Specialist

Serve Grainger customers in Kamloops by managing inventory, resolving issues, and delivering route-based service with daily technology use.

As a Field Operations Associate II, you will support customer operations across designated locations. The work combines stocking, inventory scanning, labeling, data collection, and customer service. You will also support KeepStock projects, machine break/fix activities, and sales partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service multiple customer locations along designated routes
• Receive, stock, label, and scan customer inventory
• Resolve customer problems promptly and accurately
• Collect inventory data for KeepStock implementation
• Identify additional product needs and spot-buy opportunities

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Three or more years in customer service or selling
• Comfort using technology daily
• Strong judgment and independent problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
