Lead commercial construction projects using scheduling, blueprint reading, and safety oversight while working at various locations and on the road. Supervise workers across demanding job sites.

This Construction Site Supervisor oversees commercial and residential construction projects. The position coordinates activities, estimates costs and materials, and supervises bricklayers, cement finishers, swimming pool installers, and labourers. Responsibilities include training, technical advice, records, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise 16 to 20 workers and construction projects
• Coordinate and schedule activities across various locations
• Read blueprints and drawings for project execution
• Estimate costs, materials, equipment, and supplies
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed

Requirements:

• Secondary school graduation certificate
• Three to less than five years of experience
• Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System Certificate
• Valid driver's licence
• Ability to handle heavy loads under pressure
