Part Time Cannabis Shift Leader

Lead retail operations at Canna Cabana in Welland using sales leadership and strong customer service skills on a part-time schedule.

As a Part-Time Shift Leader, you will support store management and oversee daily operations when the Store Manager or Assistant Manager is absent. You will guide associates, uphold store conditions, handle customer concerns, and support inventory processes. The position requires retail experience, CannSell certification, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily store operations with management assistance
• Direct associates and model sales and service leadership
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate concerns appropriately
• Uphold company policies, legislation, and store standards
• Oversee inventory processes and shift accountability

Requirements:

• Valid CannSell certification for retail cannabis work
• Minimum two years of retail work experience
• Demonstrated sales and customer service orientation
• Ability to train, motivate, and communicate effectively
• Availability for nights, holidays, weekends, and any shift
