Client Scheduling Coordinator Healthcare

Coordinate patient schedules at Bayshore HealthCare using Procura, customer service, and strong communication skills. Support patients, families, and providers.

As a Client Scheduling Coordinator, you will connect patients, families, staff, and funder organizations. You will process referrals and updates in Procura while reviewing service needs with Supervisors, field employees, and patients. The work requires organized scheduling, problem solving, accurate documentation, and effective communication in English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process funder referrals and updates in Procura
• Assign care providers by needs, geography, skills, and availability
• Maintain consistent caregiver assignments and service delivery
• Notify patients and staff about initial and ongoing schedules
• Resolve patient concerns through established escalation pathways

Requirements:

• Secondary School Diploma
• Minimum two years of related customer service experience
• Strong written and oral English communication skills
• Excellent Windows, Microsoft Office, internet, and EMR skills
• Advanced keyboarding and scheduling software competency
