Entry Level Marketing Communications Assistant

Support Harbour Air’s marketing communications in Vancouver with Adobe Illustrator, web updates, and email marketing on a hybrid schedule.

This entry level assistant works within Harbour Air’s Commercial department on brand, product, and public relations initiatives. The full time temporary contract typically follows office hours from 9 AM to 5 PM, with three days in office and two remote weekly. Experience may include marketing, communications, journalism, public relations, or design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide graphic design support using Adobe Creative Cloud and Illustrator
• Support campaigns through web updates, content uploads, and email marketing
• Coordinate campaign assets with internal teams for timely delivery
• Maintain event calendars and support on site community events
• Update asset libraries and coordinate marketing material shipments

Requirements:

• Junior student or degree candidate in a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail
• Strong Adobe Creative Cloud and Illustrator proficiency required
• Canva experience and social media knowledge are advantageous
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, learn, and take initiative
