HR Coordinator for Recruitment and Training

Join the team as an HR Coordinator focused on recruitment and training, reporting directly to the Human Resources Director. This role offers the chance to enhance employee integration processes.
As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from posting job advertisements to conducting interviews and verifying candidate credentials. You will also facilitate onboarding processes by preparing files and ensuring new employees have the resources they need. Your role will include supporting training initiatives and maintaining job descriptions within the HR systems.

• Oversee recruitment activities and conduct interviews
• Prepare onboarding materials and greet new employees
• Update job profiles and maintain quality standards
• Coordinate training sessions and compile relevant data
• Assist with employee disciplinary processes
Requirements:
