Residential Community Operations Leader

Lead residential community operations at Highstreet’s Orion development in Comox, BC, using customer service and problem-solving to support residents.

As Community Leader, you will oversee daily operations for a multi-family residential community. You will manage leasing, resident relationships, tenancy compliance, maintenance coordination, and reporting. Your work will create a welcoming, well-maintained community while balancing financial and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead leasing activities, applicant screening, and lease administration
• Address resident concerns, disputes, and challenging situations fairly
• Manage rent collection, tenancy compliance, and eviction processes
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and general community upkeep
• Maintain accurate leases, financial records, and regular reports

Requirements:

• At least two years of leadership experience
• Experience with budgeting, expenses, and financial oversight
• Knowledge of British Columbia tenancy regulations
• Strong customer service and administration background
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license and reliable transportation
