Event Technology Sales Coordinator

Sell event technology equipment and services while coordinating customer requests, order entries, and follow-up for assigned events. Work in a hotel or convention center environment.

The Sales Coordinator supports the Event Technology team, focusing especially on events generating less than $5,000. This position manages sales administration through opportunity management, billing, customer follow-up, and CRM updates. It reports to the Sales Director or Director, Event Technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell smaller BEO, exhibitor, affiliate, and ICW events
• Maximize revenue while following event profit guidelines
• Attend client meetings and address questions or concerns
• Complete order entries, billing, and customer follow-up
• Maintain accurate CRM records and coordinate order hand-offs

Requirements:

• High school diploma; BS or BA preferred
• One-plus year sales or event experience accepted
• Technology, sales, hospitality, or event planning experience helpful
• Technical aptitude with computer software and programs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
