Job description
Apply software testing expertise as a QA Analyst with Computershare Communication Services in Toronto, using analytical skills across hybrid project work.
This QA Analyst tests systems and manages defects against business and client needs. You will design test cases, review requirements, execute integration testing, and communicate quality risks. The work supports communication platforms, data interfaces, billing processes, and document solutions across multiple initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop test strategies, plans, scenarios, and cases
- Review requirements, designs, acceptance criteria, and testability
- Execute system, integration, regression, and acceptance testing
- Investigate defects, retest fixes, and verify release readiness
- Communicate testing progress, evidence, risks, and status
Requirements:
- Three to five years of software testing experience
- Knowledge of testing methodologies and QA best practices
- Experience interpreting requirements and identifying testing risks
- Experience with defect management and regression testing
- Strong analytical, communication, and attention-to-detail skills
