In this role, you will work alongside the Program Manager and bookkeeper to ensure timely payroll, compliance with policies, and accurate financial documentation. Your efforts will directly support youth empowerment through arts programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process payroll for summer staff efficiently
• Track and account for all program expenses
• Prepare budget updates and financial reports
• Maintain records compliant with legal standards
• Conduct audits of financial transactions
Requirements:
• Previous accounting or bookkeeping experience
• Knowledge of financial reporting standards
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
