E-Commerce Manager Marketplace Growth

Lead e-commerce growth across Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, and Wayfair while improving digital merchandising, advertising, and conversion performance. This hybrid-eligible role follows a Monday-to-Friday schedule after training.

As an E-Commerce Manager, you will scale online sales for bedroom essentials, adjustable bed bases, upholstered beds, and furniture components. The work spans marketplace management, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and Google Analytics. You will support expansion across North America and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop e-commerce growth strategies across multiple online sales channels
• Manage Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central operations
• Optimize Walmart Marketplace listings and Walmart Connect campaigns
• Improve pricing, promotions, merchandising, and product content
• Analyze performance and recommend marketplace expansion opportunities

Requirements:

• Five or more years in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online retail
• Experience managing e-commerce websites and Walmart Marketplace
• Proven Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Amazon Advertising experience
• Strong Google Analytics, reporting, and performance analysis proficiency
• English spoken and written communication skills
