Grocery Clerk Customer Service

Deliver exceptional customer service as a Grocery Clerk while supporting inventory, merchandising, and featured product promotions. Work independently across store operations.

The Grocery Clerk carries out the full range of duties professionally, responsibly, accurately, and timely. You will fulfill customer needs, foster loyalty, and contribute to employee and customer engagement. The position includes ordering, receiving, merchandising, and preparing customer orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide superior customer service to meet customer needs
• Order, receive, and merchandise stock using inventory procedures
• Promote featured products to increase store sales
• Maintain clean, presentable back shop and retail floor areas
• Prep customer orders and process department shrink

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Above average oral and written communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds when required
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Ability to bend, lift, reach, and complete physical work
