Member and Client Experience Consultant

Become a Member and Client Experience Consultant with Desjardins to elevate client interactions and digital banking experiences. This full-time position is situated in the Richelieu-Yamaska region.
In this advisory role, you will focus on enhancing the member experience by providing clear guidance on banking services and supporting the usage of digital tools. Your contributions will help to foster business relations and streamline service delivery processes. Additionally, you will respond to fraud inquiries and ensure clients receive proper assistance and referrals when needed.

Requirements:
• French language proficiency is essential
• Customer service experience, especially in banking
• Strong knowledge of Desjardins products and services
