Continuing Care Assistant Program Manager

The Program Manager oversees Oxford International Education Group Career College’s Continuing Care Assistant Program in Halifax. This permanent full-time role leads instructors, program staff, scheduling, budgeting, practicum coordination, student progression, and quality improvement. It supports enrollment growth, retention, compliance, and industry partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead program growth, performance, quality, and financial objectives
• Oversee budgeting, workforce planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Mentor instructors and program staff toward continuous improvement
• Ensure curriculum, practicum operations, and compliance requirements
• Monitor KPIs and report data-driven improvement opportunities

Requirements:

• Eligibility to work in Canada
• Canadian RN or LPN qualification and BScN
• At least five years’ healthcare experience
• Two to three years’ educational or curriculum experience
• Academic program management and accreditation experience
