As an Account Services Specialist, you manage top-tier wholesale accounts across allocation, fulfillment, and orderbook decisions. You balance constrained inventory with service-level commitments while partnering with sales, buyers, and planning teams. The work requires Excel analysis, ERP knowledge, and clear risk communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own allocation and fulfillment for top-tier wholesale accounts
• Execute prioritization strategies under constrained supply conditions
• Provide order status, risks, and delivery outlook visibility
• Align delivery timing with sales and account buyers
• Resolve fulfillment risks with planning and commercial partners

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or supply chain management
• Two to five-plus years in allocation or wholesale operations
• Understanding of prebook, in-season, and replenishment orders
• Strong Excel, data analysis, and fulfillment investigation skills
• Working knowledge of SAP or equivalent ERP systems
