Store Manager

Lead the Floor, Inspire the Team: Store Manager Opportunity in Truro, NSAgilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Store Manager in the Retail Sector in Truro, Nova Scotia. As Store Manager, you will take full ownership of store performance, people leadership, and customer experience. This role combines hands-on operational management with team development in a fast-paced retail environment. You will lead by example, ensure operational excellence, and drive results by maintaining strong visual standards, inventory accuracy, and a motivated, high-performing team.

A typical day:

• Manage daily store operations to maximise sales, inventory availability, and visual presentation
• Recruit, train, coach, and motivate Assistant Managers, Key Holders, and Store Associates
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and operational standards consistently
• Plan and manage work schedules in line with budgeted hours and business needs
• Resolve customer concerns professionally while ensuring a positive in-store experience
• Large focus on inventory replenishment and merchandising

Successful candidates will have:

• Bring a minimum of five years’ retail experience, including at least two years in a management role
• Demonstrate flexibility to work varied schedules including evenings and weekends
• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment
• Show strong organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities effectively
• Exhibit confident leadership, communication, and team-building abilities
