Key Responsibilities:
• Manage phone and web bookings for after-hours testing
• Document call information following procedures
• Review forms for potential errors and data entry
• Coordinate communication with various internal teams

Requirements:

• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
