Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build genuine connections

• Support the Store Management team in achieving sales goals
• Maintain visual presentation and cleanliness of the store
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive shopping experience
Requirements:
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for the beauty industry and customer care
• Positive attitude and flexibility during peak periods
• Ability to lift products up to 25 lbs
