At Richelieu Hardware, the Purchaser-Buyer supports PJ White Hardwoods Calgary through sourcing, ordering, and materials management. The position coordinates purchasing activities, supplier performance, delivery timing, quality, and inventory targets. It works with operations, sales, warehouse teams, suppliers, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source goods, materials, and services for company requirements
• Issue accurate purchase orders with pricing and delivery dates
• Monitor orders and follow up for on-time delivery
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts for cost savings
• Maintain purchasing records in JDE or purchasing systems

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in business or supply chain management
• Two to five years of purchasing or procurement experience
