Mechanical Engineering Project Manager

Lead mechanical engineering projects in Vancouver, applying HVAC and plumbing expertise to building restoration and energy improvement challenges.

As a Project Manager within Sense Engineering’s Vancouver Mechanical Engineering Team, you will lead mechanical-focused projects and guide project associates. Your work will span equipment assessments, system design consulting, new construction consulting, depreciation reports, warranty reviews, and building condition assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare mechanical construction documents and equipment specifications
• Conduct site evaluations and mechanical assessments
• Complete warranty reviews and depreciation reports
• Write mechanical reports and coordinate project delivery
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants

Requirements:

• Minimum four years inspecting and designing building mechanical systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• HVAC and plumbing design experience for Canadian projects
• Registered or pursuing registration with EGBC
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
