Walmart Customer Experience Greeter

Customer service leads this Walmart Canada greeter position, welcoming shoppers and supporting smooth store operations in Blainville, Quebec. Create positive first and last impressions for every customer.

As a People Greeter, you provide friendly, fast, and professional service at store entrances and exits. You support customer experience through directions, questions, carts, baskets, and flyers. You also assist with loss prevention, EAS alerts, receipt checks, required logs, and store safety while following Company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers entering and exiting the store
• Provide directions and answer customer questions
• Support carts, baskets, flyers, and product guidance
• Respond politely to EAS alarms and complete logs
• Report unusual activity and system issues to management

Requirements:

• Be 16 years or older
• Provide friendly, fast, and professional customer service
• Follow established guidelines for Code ADAM alerts
• Follow Company policies and procedures consistently
• Work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed
