310T Licensed Diesel Mechanic Kitchener

Apply advanced diagnostics and diesel repair expertise as a 310T Licensed Mechanic/Technician with Ryder in Kitchener, Ontario.

This full-time position handles major diagnostics, repairs, overhauls, and rebuilds across vehicle systems. The technician works with considerable judgment and provides the highest level of vehicle repair expertise. The role also mentors technicians, advises shop management, and supports quality, reliability, and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, overhauls, and vehicle maintenance
• Coach and mentor other level technicians regularly
• Advise management and technicians on repair procedures
• Use shop management systems and electronic documentation
• Follow safety, DOT, MOT, and compliance guidelines

Requirements:

• Valid 310T license and extensive vehicle transportation experience
• Strong mechanical skills and advanced diagnostic proficiency
• Applied experience repairing automotive gas or diesel engines
• Four or more years of relevant experience preferred
• Advanced PC and Windows computer skills required
