Modern OT is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist, ideally with mental health experience, for a full-time role. You will join a collaborative team focused on enhancing client wellbeing, working either in-person or virtually. Mentorship and training opportunities are provided to ensure your professional development and help with psychotherapy supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct functional assessments and treatment interventions
• Work directly with clients in community, clinic, or virtual settings
• Collaborate with a supportive team of over 40 professionals
• Ensure compliance with COTO standards in psychotherapy
• Embrace team-building and open communication to foster development
Requirements:
• Registered with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
• Experience in mental health or neurological rehabilitation preferred
• Proficient in computer and communication skills
• Valid driver's license and vehicle access
• Bilingual in French and English is an asset
