Volunteer Instructor Capability Coordinator

Coordinate volunteer instructor capability for CFA across Victoria’s West and South West Regions, using recruitment, onboarding, and relationship skills. Hybrid work options support flexible arrangements.

This fixed-term Coordinator position continues until 30 June 2027. You will connect Learning & Development with volunteer instructors delivering CFA-accredited training to volunteers. The work combines recruitment coordination, professional development, stakeholder relationships, and Learning Management System support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding for volunteer instructors
• Assess regional instructor capacity and report findings
• Support instructor upskilling and professional development monitoring
• Coordinate volunteer instructor events across supported regions
• Maintain accurate Learning Management System records

Requirements:

• Strong organisational and customer service skills
• Experience coordinating volunteer recruitment or onboarding processes
• Ability to manage varied stakeholder relationships
• Experience using Learning Management Systems accurately
• Valid driver’s licence and regional travel availability
