Pet Valu Retail Keyholder

Support pet retail operations in Langley, British Columbia, using POS knowledge and strong customer service skills. Help customers choose products for healthier pet lives.

As a Keyholder with Pet Valu, you will assist with store operations and represent the store in surrounding communities. You will handle cashier duties, merchandise orders, stocking, maintenance, and store opening and closing. The role serves families caring for dogs, cats, birds, fish, reptiles, and small animals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process cashier transactions and customer sales
• Prepare merchandise orders, banking, and required paperwork
• Stock pet supplies and household items throughout the sales area
• Open and close the store following company procedures
• Assign daily goals when managers are absent

Requirements:

• At least two years of retail or customer service experience
• Working knowledge of point-of-sale systems
• Strong customer service skills and friendly personality
• Ability to lift 50 pounds repetitively
• Flexible availability, reliable transportation, and possible driver’s license
