Manufacturing Engineer - Lean CI & Process Optimizer

JBS Equipment is seeking a hands-on, results-driven Manufacturing Engineer to drive continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations. The role focuses on improving efficiency, productivity, quality, and safety through Lean methodologies and PDCA-driven projects.

You will identify opportunities, develop practical solutions, and implement improvements across fabrication, painting, and assembly operations while collaborating with Engineering, Production, and Purchasing teams.
