Deliver excellent customer service at Shoppers Drug Mart while accurately processing purchases, cash, coupons, lottery transactions, and PC Optimum requests.

As a Cashier in a locally owned and operated store, you will maintain the checkout area and keep customers at the centre. Your work includes greeting customers warmly, scanning products, recording transactions, and supporting merchandising. Strong register skills, organization, teamwork, and attention to detail are important for efficient order processing and accurate record keeping.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and positively engage customers
• Maintain a neat, organized checkout area
• Scan products and enter product data accurately
• Account for cash, coupons, lottery, and PC Optimum
• Ask for each customer’s PC Optimum Card
