Bilingual Roadside Assistance Representative

Support CAA Atlantic members in French and English from Saint John, using digital mapping and calm communication in a hybrid role. Answer urgent roadside requests while helping travelers feel reassured and supported across Atlantic Canada.

As a Bilingual Member Service Representative, you will be the first contact for roadside assistance requests. You will answer inbound calls, respond to callbacks, pinpoint locations, and coordinate providers. The position also includes membership inquiries, documentation, and teamwork across rotating shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound Roadside Assistance requests and callback requests
• Use digital mapping and dispatch systems to pinpoint locations
• Coordinate assistance with service providers
• Respond to general membership inquiries
• Complete required administrative documentation

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual French and English communication skills
• Customer service experience in any industry
• Strong listening, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle difficult situations empathetically
