Job description
We are looking for supportive Server Assistants to enhance our client's service team.
As a Server Assistant, you will:
- Assist your assigned Server in providing exceptional guest experiences. By anticipating the needs of both your server and guests, you're one step ahead of the game at all times.
- Create authentic connections in every interaction. Elevate the guest experience through fun, engaging and meaningful conversations with guests.
- Be a problem solver and a supportive team player. Tackle problems by using your multi-tasking and communication skills, and be empowered to make decisions for you and your team members.
